Mississauga minibus hire, from Pearson to Port Credit
Fly into Toronto and you'll most likely land in Mississauga: Toronto Pearson sits inside the city, about 20 minutes from City Centre. That makes it an easy base, and a minibus with a driver takes the stress out of the first hour.
Your first hour at Pearson
Pre-arranged pickups at Pearson are registered with the airport before the vehicle turns up, and the operator looks after that. Pre-arranged taxis and limousines meet passengers at Door A in both terminals. With a chartered bus, someone from your group finds the Groundside Traffic Officer at the Arrivals Level curb and quotes the bus company and charter number; the officer calls the bus up and points you to it. The operator will tell you which routine suits your vehicle.
From the terminals, Square One is about 15 km away. If some of your party land at Billy Bishop, that's about 30 km east.

Trade-show week at The International Centre
The International Centre on Airport Road is right beside Pearson, with space for more than 5,000 vehicles, so getting in and out at the doors is simple. A Sprinter can loop between your hotel and the show floor on a timetable you set, and the airport-area hotels are only minutes away.

Lakeshore mornings, City Centre evenings
Port Credit is the lake side of Mississauga, with a harbour, a lighthouse and the waterfront trail, a lovely spot for a slow lunch. Up at City Centre, Celebration Square hosts festivals through the summer, Square One is next door, and Kariya Park's Japanese-style garden is close by.
Between the two, the Hazel McCallion Line is still being built along Hurontario Street, with completion expected around 2028. Lane restrictions come and go, so leave a few spare minutes.
Out for the day
Canada's Wonderland in Vaughan is about 30 minutes away. Elora is roughly an hour, Niagara-on-the-Lake an hour and a quarter, and Blue Mountain around two hours for a ski or fall-colours day. Several of these routes can use the 407 ETR, which has no booths at all: a transponder or a camera reading the plate does the billing, and the law requires every bus heavier than 5,000 kg to carry a transponder.
Your questions
Is Mississauga a good base for seeing Toronto?
It works well. Toronto's centre is about 30 km away, 30 to 45 minutes depending on traffic, so the group rides in together and returns to a quieter hotel.
How long is the drive to Niagara Falls?
About 110 km; plan on 75 to 90 minutes each way.
Do we have to sort out the 407 tolls?
No. Tolling is electronic and tied to the vehicle, so it sits with the operator. If you'd rather stay off the 407, say so when you book.
