Meeting Your Group at Canadian Airports

Sixteen airports have their own page. Pick yours to see where your driver meets you and roughly how long the ride into town takes.

Each airport does pickups its own way

At Toronto Pearson, a chartered group goes to the Arrivals curb and a Groundside Traffic Officer calls the bus forward. At Vancouver, every pre-arranged trip is registered with the airport at least 60 minutes before pickup, and the driver can come into Arrivals to walk your group to the bay. At Montréal-Trudeau, groups meet their vehicle at Door 7 on the Departures level.

Several smaller airports, including Edmonton, Halifax and Victoria, publish no coach staging area. The operator confirms the meeting point, and your confirmation spells it out.

Near or far from downtown

Saskatoon's airport is about 7 km from downtown, while Edmonton's is about 32 km and Halifax Stanfield about 35 km. Plan dinner reservations with that in mind.

Your questions

What should I send for an airport pickup?

Flight numbers, arrival times, the number of travellers and how many bags each person has.

Can the return flight be part of the same booking?

Yes. Add the departure details and both legs go on the one quote.

What if our flight is late?

With the flight number the operator can follow the delay. Long waits can affect the driver's hours, so mention any onward plans.
