Who We Are and How We Look After Your Trip
We help families, wedding parties, clubs and small tour groups hire a vehicle with a driver anywhere in our Canadian cities. The travelling is done by licensed, insured partner operators; the arranging is done by us.
The short version
You tell us about the trip. We find a partner operator with a suitable vehicle free on your date and ask them to price it. You receive one written quote for the whole trip, with the operator's cancellation terms set out on it. Nothing is taken from your card unless you say yes.
Once you accept, we confirm the booking and carry any changes between you and the operator, so you only ever deal with one contact.
Who is behind the wheel
The vehicles and the people driving them belong to the operators, not to us. Each partner must carry the provincial authority and safety standing needed to transport passengers for hire, plus the insurance that Canadian law sets for its vehicles.
Those rules are more detailed than most travellers expect. In Ontario, anything designed for 10 or more passengers counts as a bus, so the operator needs a CVOR certificate and the driver a class F licence for up to 24 passengers. In British Columbia, a van carrying 11 or fewer passengers needs a different authorization from one with 12 or more forward-facing seats.
Things you will not find here
No price list: each trip is priced for its own date, hours and route. No star ratings or testimonials. No seats on shared sightseeing tours either, because every booking is a private vehicle for your group alone.
Where the travel notes come from
The tips on our city, airport and port pages come from public sources such as airport and port authorities, city bylaws, Parks Canada and provincial transport ministries. Distances and drive times are approximate. Rules also move: the tour-bus restriction on rue Saint-Louis in Old Québec, for example, is published only to 30 November 2026. If one of these details shapes your plans, mention it and it can be confirmed on the quote.
Your questions
Do you run minibuses yourselves?
No. Each trip is run by a partner operator who holds the licence, carries the insurance and employs the driver.
Why can't I see prices online?
Two trips that look alike can differ in hours, distance, waiting time and vehicle size. The operator prices yours, and the figure appears on your written quote.
Can I ask for the same driver on a multi-day trip?
You can ask, and the operator will say whether it fits the driver's hours. The quote spells out what has been agreed.
Which cities do you arrange trips from?
Twenty Canadian cities have their own pages, from Victoria to Halifax, including Niagara Falls and Banff. Trips starting nearby can still be requested.
