Brampton minibuses for weddings, teams and family days out

Brampton is a city of big family celebrations and busy weekend sport, and both go better when nobody has to drive. A minibus or Sprinter with a driver can shuttle wedding guests, carry a visiting team or take the whole family out to Caledon.

Wedding and banquet shuttles

Pearson Convention Center, on Steeles Avenue East at Airport Road, has 16 meeting rooms, space to seat about 2,500 and free parking on site with direct access from both roads. For a wedding that makes an easy loop: collect guests from hotels on Airport Road, Steeles or near Highway 410, then bring them back after the last dance.

Send us the timings and the hotel list, and the operator can work out how many runs it takes and whether a second vehicle would help.

An evening at the Rose

The Rose Theatre is downtown at 1 Theatre Lane, with Garden Square beside it for free summer events. Its parking is the Market Square garage underneath, so street set-down is agreed with the venue beforehand. Brampton GO station is about five minutes on foot, handy if a few of your party come by train.

Hockey and basketball at the CAA Centre

The CAA Centre holds about 5,000 and is home to the Brampton Steelheads, in town since their 2024 move from Mississauga, plus the Brampton Honey Badgers. A visiting team or a supporters' club can be collected at Pearson and taken straight to the hotel or the rink.

Hills, lakes and parks

A 35-minute drive takes you into Caledon for the Forks of the Credit and Belfountain, lovely when the leaves turn. Heart Lake Conservation Area has trails and treetop trekking, Chinguacousy Park suits a family picnic, and Gage Park has a winter skating trail. Further afield, Elora is about an hour and Blue Mountain about an hour and three-quarters.

Your questions

How far is Pearson from downtown Brampton?

About 20 km south; take either Highway 410 or Airport Road and it's usually a 25-minute trip. Hazel McCallion Line construction reaches Steeles at the city boundary until around 2028, so allow a little slack.

How long does it take to get to downtown Toronto?

About 45 minutes for roughly 40 km, and longer at peak times, so plan an early start for a matinee or game.

Will the 407 add anything we need to handle?

The 407 ETR crosses southern Brampton with electronic tolls only, and buses over 5,000 kg carry a transponder by law. The operator deals with it; just tell us if you'd prefer a toll-free route.
