Choosing the Right Size of Vehicle
Every vehicle comes with a driver and is supplied by a licensed, insured partner operator. Start with how many are travelling, then think about bags.
Small groups first
A Sprinter-style van typically carries 17 to 19 passengers, with luggage behind the last row, and suits a family, a small wedding party or a winery tour. A minibus carries about 16 to 19, which fits most clubs and visiting teams.

Bigger groups and special needs
A midi coach seats about 29 to 35 and copes better than a full-size coach in old town centres. A full-size coach takes 49 to 81 with luggage bays underneath. An executive car carries one to three guests, and an accessible minibus is fitted with a ramp or lift, with wheelchair positions in place of some seats.
Your questions
Can I request a particular vehicle?
You choose the type. The exact vehicle depends on what the operator has free, and the quote names the type you will get.
Where does the luggage go in a minibus?
In a space at the back, which gets tight once every seat is taken. Tell us about bags and skis when you ask.
Are there seat belts?
New highway coaches built since September 2020 must have them, and in Ontario passengers wear a belt on a bus wherever one is fitted.
