From First Message to Pickup: How It Works
Booking takes a few easy steps, and you stay in control at each one. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
Tell us about your group
Start with how many are coming, the date, where you would like to be picked up and at what time, and each stop you have in mind. Mention the bags: suitcases for a flight, skis for Whistler, a stroller or two for a family day. If anyone uses a wheelchair or walks with difficulty, say so now so the right vehicle is found. Arriving by plane or ship? Add the flight number or ship name.
We find an operator with the right vehicle
We pass your details to a licensed, insured partner operator with a suitable minibus, Sprinter or coach free that day. They work out the hours, distance, waiting time and any tolls. On trips that cross a provincial border, federal rules cap a driver's day at 13 hours of driving and 14 on duty, so a long Rockies loop or an out-and-back from Ottawa to Quebec City may need a different plan.
Read your written quote
You receive one quote per trip. It names the vehicle type, the times and route it covers, and the operator's cancellation terms. Compare it with your plan before you decide.
Say yes when it looks right
Happy with it? Accept the quote and pay by card through the site's payment provider, and we confirm the booking to you in writing. Something off? Tell us before accepting and it can be adjusted; a question never ties you in.
If plans shift
Flights get delayed, a cousin drops out, the bride adds a photo stop. Let us know as early as you can and we check the change with the operator. Should the price move, you are told first, and no further charge is made until you agree. If you have to cancel, the terms printed on your quote apply.
Your questions
How far ahead should we book?
Earlier is easier for busy dates such as long weekends, the Calgary Stampede in July or the Canadian Grand Prix in May. For quiet dates, a shorter lead time can still work.
What if we can't decide between a Sprinter and a minibus?
Tell us how many are travelling and what they carry, and your quote names the size that fits.
What should we do on the day?
Be at the pickup point on time with a headcount ready. A late start eats into the driver's permitted hours and can shorten your day.
Start with the basics
The group size, the date and a list of stops are enough to get going.
