What we collect

Details you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or sailing details, passenger numbers, accessibility needs you choose to tell us, and your account login if you create one. Card payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal, who share only the payment outcome with us.

Technical information: browser type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, collected through cookies as set out in our cookie policy.

Why we use it

To quote and arrange your trip and to communicate about it. To keep accounting and tax records the law requires. To keep the site secure and improve it. We send marketing messages only with your consent, as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires, and every message lets you unsubscribe. Accessibility details are used only to arrange a suitable vehicle, with your express consent.

Who we share it with

The transportation operators who quote or carry out your trip. Payment, email and hosting providers acting on our behalf, who may store information outside Canada, in which case it is subject to the laws of that country. Authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, and withdraw consent to uses that are not required to provide the service. Quebec residents also have rights under Quebec's private-sector privacy law, including asking for information to be deleted or de-indexed. To exercise any of these, email coachbookingcanada@pm.me. You can also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, or, in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information.
