Getting Your Group to the Big Day
Four big events have their own page. Pick one for the dates, the venues and what to expect on the roads around them.
Dates to put in the calendar
The Canadian Grand Prix runs from 21 to 23 May 2027 at Circuit Gilles-Villeneuve in Montreal. The Calgary Stampede follows from 9 to 18 July 2027, starting with the parade. Winterlude fills Ottawa-Gatineau from 29 January to 15 February 2027. Toronto's film festival lasts roughly eleven days each September; watch for the organizer to confirm when the 2027 edition starts.
Closures change the drop-off
Big events close streets. For the Grand Prix weekend, only vehicles holding a valid parking pass are let onto Parc Jean-Drapeau. In 2026, TIFF closed King Street West between University Avenue and Spadina Avenue from the opening Thursday to the following Monday. Agree a meeting point with your group before everyone heads off.
Your questions
Can the driver wait for us during the event?
Usually the vehicle parks away from the venue and returns for pickup. The quote shows the hours it covers.
Do you sell event tickets?
No. We arrange the transport only.
When should we book?
As early as you can. Vehicles are in demand on event weekends.
