Weddings need a firm pickup at the ceremony and a late run back from the reception. Day tours and ski weekends need room for day packs or skis and a driver who can handle winter roads. Cruise days are planned around the ship's timetable, not the other way round.

Teams, classes and colleagues

A visiting team wants its kit on board and a drop-off near the rink or field. School trips count heads at every stop, and in Ontario a bus carrying children under contract with a school board has its own licence rules. Corporate groups often need repeated shuttles between hotel and venue.

Travelling with a wheelchair

Accessible vehicles are arranged per booking. Tell us about the chair or mobility aid early, so the operator can find a suitable vehicle.

Can one booking cover a whole weekend?

Yes. Send the full program and the operator plans the days together, with the driver's hours in mind.

Is a tour guide included?

The booking covers the vehicle and driver. If you want a guide, say so and we will tell you whether one can be added.

My trip does not fit any of these. Can I still ask?

Of course. Every quote starts from your own plan, not a package.
